Shipping & Returns


We are very happy to announce we are offering a flat rate of $10 Express Shipping for ALL orders Australia-wide!

Once your order has been completed, Miss Winks will pack and dispatch your items within 24 hours on business days (Monday- Friday). If an order is received over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the following business day. We will then send you a confirmation email with your unique tracking number.

If your shipping address is within Australia you will receive a tracking number. We use Australia Post express post bags for all Australian orders. 
For Metro areas you will receive your order within 1-2 working days from dispatch. 
For rural areas please allow 2-5 working days to receive your order from time of dispatch. 


Miss Winks delivers world-wide for a flat rate of $25 AUD.
We use Australia Post Airmail for all International orders. Delivery times can range between 7-14 business days. This service does not provide tracking. If you would like to register your parcel (recommended for orders over $100), this can be arranged at an extra charge by emailing hello@misswinks.com. We will then send you a confirmation email with your unique tracking number.

International customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges. The delivery time of your package excludes any customs clearance delays.
We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control.
Miss Winks will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We record all proof of postage.


We understand that sometimes an online purchase will not be the right fit or size.

Therefore, Miss Winks accepts returns and exchanges up to 14 days for change of mind on full price items.  Items need to be unworn, in original condition and still have any tags/ original packaging attached. The cost of shipping to return/ exchange an item is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. The return shipping cost to the customer will be invoiced upon receiving the item and inspected by a member of our team and must be paid in full before dispatch.

Due to the nature of vintage pieces, there may be slight wear and tear on the items. We only sell pieces of the highest quality however many will not be in ‘as new’ condition due to being second-hand. We do our best to detail the quality of each item.

We do not accept returns on any sale or discounted items.

For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns of lingerie, earrings or swimming costumes that have been worn.  In the event of faulty items, the customer will be able to elect to have a replacement, refund or credit issued.
